Interim HR Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to find an interim HR manager for a rapidly growing company in the real estate industry in Stockholm.
We are looking for a key person for the company who wants to work closely with the business and be responsible for all HR matters, both operational and strategic. The role reports to the HR Director.
Main duties
- Responsibility for the entire HR cycle, from culture and values initiatives to performance management
- Serve as a sounding board and source of support for managers on both operational and strategic issues.
- Drive and lead initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and foster a unified corporate spirit.
- General HR administration, such as employment contracts, policy development, guidelines, bonuses, and payroll.
To be eligible for the role
- You have an academic degree in HR, human resources, or behavioral science.
- You have many years of experience as an HR manager, HRBP, or in similar roles.
- You have extensive experience managing HR processes independently.
- You have previous experience working independently in a growing company.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry, the hospitality sector, or at a venture capital firm is a plus.
About the process
This is a full-time assignment expected to last 6 months, starting immediately. There is a possibility of permanent employment after the assignment ends. The position will involve travel within Sweden. The office will serve as the primary workplace. We will present candidates on November 5, and interviews with the client will take place at that time.
