Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim CFO to a successful e-commerce company in the beauty industry, based in Stockholm.
In the role of interim CFO You will be part of the management team and responsible for the finance department. We are looking for someone who is strong in controlling and has experience of distribution and start-up environments or smaller companies. You are used to running profitable companies and are a very strong communicator. You will report to the CEO.

- Business – margin and sales planning
For to be suitable for the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Industry experience in retail, B2C distribution of other brands (physical, e-commerce)
- Strong in controlling
- Experience in running profitable companies
- Experience in dealing with external owners and banks
- Excellent communicator both internally and externally
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for seven months on a full-time basis, starting in January. The work will be carried out on site.
