Interim Business Area Manager

Main duties:

• Business perspective: Responsible for the business area's financial development with a focus on P&L. You analyze and drive profitable business, ensure follow-up and reporting, and identify new business opportunities.
• Personnel responsibility: As Business Area Manager, you are responsible for developing and monitoring your team. You lead, motivate, and support your employees to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Senior Coach in Deliveries: Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in project deliveries. You will act as an experienced coach for the team and drive development forward, both for customers and internal processes.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in business systems, finance, or logistics.
• Proven experience in handling P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Previous experience of personnel management.
• Strong project management skills and experience working in senior roles in delivery projects.
• Experience working with business development and customer relations.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. Start date is during the second half of October.
