Susanne is an interim consultant with solid experience in both payroll management and leadership. She has worked for many different clients and is familiar with most major payroll systems. Susanne has been a consultant for over 20 years, and Interim Search has had the pleasure of working with her on three different assignments. Most recently, she was hired as a payroll manager in a group with a relatively complex structure. The client's need arose in connection with a vacancy, and Susanne stepped in quickly and made the departure of the permanent employee completely seamless. Together with a team of payroll specialists, Susanne was responsible for over 2,000 salaries each month, which were distributed across various companies within the group and covered by different types of collective agreements. In addition to her administrative role, Susanne was responsible for the team's skills development, improving processes and tools for payroll management, and enlisting the help of suppliers to automate parts of the manual work. Susanne is driven by providing good service and was also available to answer all kinds of payroll-related questions from employees.
