Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Welding and Work Supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on welding and assembly.
To be eligible for the role:
- Documented experience as a site manager or supervisor in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on welding.
- Good knowledge of reading drawings and experience of working with steel and metal structures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a production environment and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Main duties:
- Lead and coordinate an assembly project at the workplace, including planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure correct installation of steel beams and other steel structures in accordance with the project plan.
- Responsible for on-site welding work and quality assurance of finished products.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 4-6 months, starting immediately. The work will be carried out on site at the customer's premises with a workload of 100%.
