Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner to a billion-dollar company based in Stockholm, starting immediately.
Main duties:
- Support the Chief People & Culture Officer in operational work.
- Develop and drive change work within culture and values.
- Map skills to identify development needs.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of work experience in HR, preferably in a role as HR Business Partner or similar.
- Experience of running improvement projects in cultural and values-based work.
- Experience in skills mapping.
- As a person, you are driven, curious, and value collaboration.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months, starting immediately. Location: Stockholm. Scope: approximately 75-100%.
