Interim Business Analyst

Main duties

• By securing the best data source, you will help the CEO and management team conceptualize, formulate, and execute data-driven insights, from decision-making to implementation.
• Using data-driven processes to create new routines and foundations for driving profitable growth and thereby continuing to develop the company.
• Acting as a close sounding board to the CEO in this data-driven transformation, building new processes, and creating a future shift—to new processes/digitalization/data.
• Collecting, processing, and analyzing data about customers and markets; forecasting future trends; advising on sales strategies; planning, organizing, and following up on advertising campaigns, PR activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• A key part of this new role is analyzing large volumes of data, sometimes independently, and creating an overall picture of market trends and potential business opportunities and risks.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in supporting future issues
• Passionate about data-driven insights and enjoys being involved in every part of this journey of change, from analysis to execution.
• Draw conclusions and make recommendations based on market and customer-oriented results, define, assess, and measure key customer values by analyzing campaigns, mailings, and other marketing-related activities.

About the process:
