Interim Head of Unit

• Act as a confident, stable, and experienced leader and coach the workforce.
• Run the unit and work environment with a focus on safety.
• We are looking for a Head of Unit who has management experience, preferably in staffing or recruitment, but it is not a requirement.
• Manage some temporary/short-term staffing.
• Ongoing contact internally and externally (e.g., associations and political organizations).
• You will be responsible for 10 direct reports.

• You are a confident and stable leader who helps employees grow in their roles and creates a good working environment..
• You are used to dealing with personnel matters.
• You have good communication and collaboration skills.
• You have a relevant university degree.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• Previous managerial experience in public administration and local government is an advantage.
