Interim Search har fått i förtroende att tillsätta en Interim Enhetschef inom bemanning och visstidsanställning till en kommunal verksamhet i Gävleborg.
Main duties:
- Act as a confident, stable, and experienced leader and coach the workforce.
- Run the unit and work environment with a focus on safety.
- Vi söker en enhetschef som har erfarenhet av ledarskap, gärna inom bemanning eller rekrytering men det är inte ett krav.
- Sköta viss tids bemanning/korttidsbemanning.
- Ongoing contact internally and externally (e.g., associations and political organizations).
- Man kommer att ha ansvar för 10 stycken direktrapporterande.
