Interim Technical Project Manager
Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting an Interim Technical Project Manager for an innovative and exciting company in the food industry. The assignment begins at 50% and will increase within 1–2 months.
The role has an international focus, as projects are carried out in Sweden, Europe, and the U.S., so willingness to travel is a requirement. The projects involve a relatively high level of technical complexity, and to succeed, you should have a genuine interest in technology. The projects encompass several technical disciplines, such as electrical engineering and automation, piping design, mechanical engineering, and process engineering. Project sizes range from 10 to 50 million SEK.
Main duties
- Deliver in accordance with the technical specifications and schedule
- Track and report progress
- Procurement of Subcontractors
- Project meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Own and be responsible for drawings and flowcharts
- Develop technical specifications for subcontractors
- Lead and plan on-site work during assembly, startup, and commissioning
- Compile technical documentation
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Extensive project experience
- Experience with production processes, automation, and mechanics
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, automation, or chemical engineering
- Speaks, writes, and understands Swedish and English well
- Class B driver's license
About the process
The assignment is scheduled to begin on September 1 and will last for approximately 12 months. Interviews will take place between July 29 and 31.
