Interm Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Work Environment Manager, who reports directly to the Head of HSEQ and Facilities Management Sweden, to Europe's leading consulting firm in architecture and technology.
Main responsibilities:
- Work both operationally and strategically, and be responsible for processes and initiatives relating to occupational health and safety issues, as well as the external environment and environmental issues.
- Responsible for ensuring and promoting a safe and healthy working environment within the company.
- Ensure that safety and health guidelines and environmental requirements are followed both internally and in project deliveries to clients.
- Working closely with the management team to develop and implement an effective workplace safety strategy and promote a positive work culture.
- Develop work environment procedures and guidelines to ensure that the company's work environment standards are met, and work with preventive measures and risk management.
- Communicate and distribute the work environment/environmental policy and guidelines to all employees.
- Preventive measures to minimize risks and create a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
- Organize and conduct internal training courses and workshops to promote awareness of occupational health and safety and environmental issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety issues, preferably as a management consultant with extensive experience of working both strategically and operationally.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Accustomed to working in large organizations in a decentralized organization with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience working with management systems for occupational health and safety.
- Experience in sustainability and environmental issues is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT, AI, and apps is a plus.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for approximately 6 months, starting immediately, but no later than August 1, 2024, and with a scope of 100%. Location, preferably in Stockholm, but other locations can be discussed. The work can be performed partly remotely. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in connection with this.
