Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint Operational Buyer - Industry to a large Swedish industrial group in Gothenburg
As an Operational Buyer, you will carry out and coordinate the purchase of materials and services and ensure that deliveries are made on time and within budget. You will report to the Purchasing Manager and also have an important role in optimizing and streamlining our client's purchasing processes.
Job responsibilities:
- Purchasing of materials and services in construction and production & process
- Coordinate suppliers and ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Follow up on orders and ensure timelines and budget
- Manage warehouse logistics according to the company's needs
- Contribute to the development of purchasing processes and procedures for increased efficiency
Qualifications:
- >2 years of experience in the field of purchasing
- Relevant engineering education e.g. industrial economics
- Experience in construction or production industries
- Business-oriented and commercially minded
- Good communication skills

- Strong ability to build relationships
