Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Comp & Ben specialist at group level to a listed company with responsibility for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
We are looking for an Interim Comp & Ben Specialist for a large listed company in Stockholm. The role is group-wide with overall responsibility for strategy and labor law as well as the implementation of compensation & benefits. You will be responsible for delivering a relevant and competitive package for employees in the organization, both in the service sector and collective workers. The role reports to the HR Director.
Main duties:
- Primary responsibility for strategy, guidelines, documents, and processes in the area.
- Create a mobility strategy across the entire organization.
- Act as labor law support in Sweden.

Ensure close cooperation with kGroup management and local HR managers.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have experience with Comp & Ben at medium-sized to large listed companies.
- You have solid experience of Comp & Ben, both strategically and operationally.
- You are used to working operationally.

You have solid experience working with senior stakeholders.
- You have an academic degree in HR or economics.
- You have a high level of digital maturity and experience working with process digitization.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
About the process:
