Sigge has experience as a strategic purchaser in logistics, pharmaceuticals, industry, and transportation. Three years ago, he started his own business as an interim consultant and has been on four different assignments. He recently completed his fourth interim assignment, where he had overall responsibility for a supplier portfolio consisting of over 200 suppliers in various areas. He helped the company evaluate suppliers, renegotiate agreements, and create and evaluate purchasing strategies. He also provided commercial support by setting up key performance indicators and continuously monitoring them during the six months he was hired.
