Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Controller to a large healthcare organization based in Stockholm.
Main duties
- Work closely with the business, taking responsibility for some of the organization's medical units (business areas).
- You will work both operationally in the organization's processes and also provide support to management teams and development initiatives.
- You will have many points of contact within the organization, both with other controllers and with the business, so you need to be driven and have the ability to take initiative, initiate activities that produce results, and be forward-thinking.
- Continuous monitoring of business outcomes and key performance indicators, as well as compiling and reporting financial and economic analyses to management teams.
- Forecasting work.
- Drive and contribute to development initiatives, both within the operations for which you are responsible and within your own staff.
- Based on the needs of the operations, implement requirements for reports in BI tools.

- You are responsible, both for your own area of responsibility and for contributing to the whole.
- The position requires you to be professional and calm, with good prioritization skills.
- You are a relationship builder, and since you will have a lot of contact with the business at various levels, good collaboration skills are crucial to your success in this role.
To be eligible for the role:
- University or college education of at least 180 HP (120 credits) in economics or other education that we consider equivalent, e.g., industrial economics.
- At least five years of experience in qualified controller work.
- Experience in analyzing and drawing conclusions about financial information together with information about the business.
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience in process or project management.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Experience communicating and giving presentations to non-economists.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of finance and business/operations.
