Interim Head of Operations

The organization's health and care administration needs development and change management with managerial responsibility. In the field of nursing and care homes, there are challenges that require clear change management, development and follow-up together with unit managers and business developers.

Main duties:

• Focus on ways of working in health care.
• Teamwork in homes, creating routines and following up on working methods in homes, the role and responsibilities of managers in the work.
• The role involves staff responsibilities, health and safety responsibilities, and budget and finance.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience of consulting assignments in the exercise of public authority.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in change management/leadership in complex organization.
• Proven formal competence and several years of experience in the field of gerontology.

About the process:

The assignment is full time starting as soon as possible and is expected to last for 5 months with a chance of extension. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place on March 1 and the client's wish is that the consultant can start the assignment as soon as possible.
