Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Group Manager R&D to a large electronics company based in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Recruit, establish the structure for, and develop the team both as a group and at the individual level.
- Ensure the quality of deliveries and improve work processes.
- Keep up to date with news and trends in technology, working methods, tools, etc., and evaluate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Plan and control the department's costs.
- Personnel responsibility for approx. 15 employees.
To be eligible for the role:
- Had a similar role before.
- Relevant academic education as a civil engineer or equivalent.
- Solid experience in leading specialists.
- Experience with companies working with hardware.
- Experience and knowledge in product development.
- Experience and knowledge of electronics is an advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good leadership skills, skilled at prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months, starting immediately, with a scope of 100 %. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and client interviews will be held in the following days.
