Interim Legal Team Lead
Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting an Interim Legal Team Lead for a legal tech startup in Stockholm
As a Legal Team Lead, you will hold a key position within the company and be responsible for leading and overseeing the legal department. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality legal advice and service to the firm’s clients and, together with the management team, driving the digital transformation of legal services. The assignment is both strategically and operationally demanding, and for the right manager, there is an opportunity for a permanent position upon completion of the assignment.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Leadership and Personnel Management
- Legal Advice and Strategic Planning
- Quality Control of Counseling and Digital Services
- Digitization of the Legal System
- Compliance
To be eligible for the role:
- Law degree
- Extensive experience in labor law and workplace issues
- Leadership experience
- Ability to lead and inspire teams and develop employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High Ethical Standards
- Knowledge of the GDPR is a plus
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months, on a full-time basis, starting in March.
Selection will take place immediately, and client interviews will be held at the client company during Week 10.
