Interim VP Finance / Head of Finance

You report to the CFO, who is responsible for the business leg, i.e. Business Control, M&A, market communication, etc.

Main tasks:

• You will be responsible for the leadership of several team leaders and a total of 25 people within financial controlling & accounting. 
• You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of the finance function's back-end/Record to Report process in a publicly traded environment.Environment (Large Cap)
• You will lead the transformation of the financial controlling and accounting functions.
• You will be responsible for ensuring a global and scalable structure in accounting and financial control. 
• You will drive requirements and implementation of new ERP system 

To be relevant for the role:

• You have 25+ years of experience in finance, including 10+ years in accounting and financial control.
• You have a proven track record as CFO or Division CFO for a large global company with international/global financial operations.
• You have experience from a publicly traded environment 
• You have 10+ years of leadership track record, including team management
• You have experience in leading a transformation of a finance function 
• You have experience of developing the Record to Report process.
• You have a proven track record of implementing ERP systems. 
• You have the ability to think strategically while also being operationally adept and getting things done.
• You are results-oriented with high working capacity and dedication to create effective structure and workflows. 
• You have strong communication skills
