Interim VP Group Finance

We are looking for a business-driven Group Accounting Manager with direct leadership of the company's finance group. You will work closely with the CFO and regional managers to support, challenge, and implement in-depth financial analysis and reporting.  

Main duties:

• Create budgets, financial forecasts, and processes.
• Management reporting – internally and to owners.
• Financial planning and analysis at group level.
• Group financing, banking relationships, and ownership relationships.
• Business control support for group functions.
• Adaptation of FP&A activities.
• Establishment of business intelligence

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience in accounting and business controlling, as well as financial planning & analysis, accounting, tax, and cash management..
• Solid experience in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting in complex environments.
• Experience of successful and confident leadership and development of a finance team/function.
• Experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Experience in the following areas is an advantage M&A and financing issues, corporate tax issues, and cash flow management.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 7 months. The position is full-time with the possibility of remote work on Mondays and Fridays, starting no later than March 1.
