Interim Business Controller/Power BI Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Business Controller / Power BI Specialist to a company in Healthcare with a turnover of 1.2 billion and 900 employees.
As Interim Business Controller/Power BI-Specialist you are part of a team of 5 controllers. You report to the CFO.
Main duties
- Ongoing profitability analysis
- Prepare analysis, reports, conclusions and possible actions for the management team, group management, CFO and owners
- Drive and implement budget and forecasting work and follow-up
- Ensure processes are aligned with the group's strategic plans and any change projects
- Develop improved processes and procedures for data-driven profitability monitoring and interaction with the operations and management organization
- Evaluate and challenge internal procedures and processes to ensure exemplary business control and efficiency
- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs and other efficiency measures
- Drive projects and implement frameworks to improve operational governance, ensure transparency in operational performance and positive cash flow generation from agreed initiatives
- Establish and follow up business cases for business development
Who we are looking for:
- You have very good knowledge and experience in Power BI. Advanced user or better
- You have very good analytical, commercial and pedagogical skills as well as good knowledge of MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You have solid experience from other controller roles
- You have a good command of English, both written and spoken
- You are independent and good at working with others
- You have a good ability to drive process development
- You have a very good ability to deliver on time and with good quality
- You are structured, result and solution oriented
- You are proactive and have a holistic approach and work method
About the process
The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is immediate, and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
