Interim Head of Unit

Main duties:

• The interim manager is responsible for running and developing the care administration's Authority Exercise Unit, thereby contributing to the development of the business and the achievement of its goals.
• The interim manager has operational, personnel, and budgetary responsibility for the agency unit.
• The interim manager heads the Care Administration Authority Unit and ensures that the municipality exercises its authority in a legally secure and professional manner.
• Representative of the business in various networks.
• Part of the management team together with the other unit managers in the administration and reports to the Operations Manager.

Who we are looking for:

• Relevant academic degree or other education and experience deemed equivalent.
• At least five years' experience as a manager in the public sector and in the municipal sector.
• Previous experience of change management and documented experience of supporting employees affected by organizational change.
• Knowledge of social services legislation and knowledge of LVU and LVM.
• Experience of development and change work through commitment and participation.
• Experience of working with developing processes and working methods.

About the process:

The assignment comprises 80-100 % and will start in early February and is expected to last for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
