Natalie is an experienced consultant with a background in large companies with complex organizational structures. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, alternating between accounting-heavy financial controlling and business-oriented business controlling. Most of the companies have been listed on the stock exchange, which has meant frequent reporting and strict regulatory requirements. Eight years ago, Natalie sought a new challenge in her career and took on an interim assignment on the recommendation of a contact. She has continued to work on an assignment basis and enjoys the clear focus of the temporary roles.
