Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR manager for a medium-sized company that works with consumer products. The company is located in the Västerå region, but operates in a global market.
Main duties:
- Responsible for and develop HR strategies
- Be responsible for HR-related projects
- Responsible for and leading negotiations, contract interpretations and issues in the field of labor law
- Provide support to managers in HR processes
- Responsible for improvement work in the HR area
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant experience from equivalent positions in the HR field
- Very good knowledge of labor law issues, current laws and regulations
- It is also advantageous to have previous experience from international companies
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for ten months with an immediate start. We will present candidates on November 22nd and interviews with the client will ideally take place the same afternoon.
