Interim M&A Manager (CFO)

Main duties:

• The company's project manager for evaluating and analyzing existing companies in the portfolio.
• Work with financial models.
• Work closely with and act as the link between the company and external advisors and boards.
• Implementation/project manager of any due diligence processes.
• Lead M&A activities from start to finish, including target identification, networking, deal structure, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution.
• Support management with analysis and development of strategic initiatives, including presentation materials for executive stakeholders and the board.

To be eligible for the role, you must:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in business analysis and 3-5 years of experience in M&A.
• Worked independently with hands-on financial due diligence and has comprehensive knowledge of the entire M&A process and company valuations.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in Swedish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in economics and strong analytical skills.
• Experience as CFO or finance manager from companies in the retail and FMCG sectors.
• Independent and driven team player.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client on November 17, and interviews are planned for week 47.
