Interim Senior Business Controller

As Interim Senior Business Controller, you will be the CFO's right-hand person in the transformation of the finance department. You work independently, have a deep understanding of how to analyze income statements and balance sheets, and are accustomed to presenting information to the management team in a clear and precise manner.

Main duties:

• Quality-assured economic analysis.
• Financial forecasts and reporting to the board.
• Financial planning and follow-up.
• Drive business development work and process development.
• Participate in strategic discussions and contribute financial expertise.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of work experience as a Business Controller in a consulting role and as an employee.
• Experience working in companies owned by PE firms, ideally during transformation
• Self-motivated and analytically skilled.
• Participating in major transformations.
• High level of understanding in interpreting results and balance sheets from start to finish.
• Good system skills and knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• The organization is accustomed to working remotely, and travel is required.
