Interim Vice CFO

Main duties:

• Ensure the development and advancement of skills and delivery in the financial organization to ensure that the requirements of the stock exchange, investors and auditors are met.
• Act as ”Internal CFO” with main focus on finance operations
• Financial planning, business plan and outlook
• Management reporting
• Internal control
• Risk management
• Overall development of financial skills, processes, financial requirements for digital systems, etc.
• Close cooperation with other finance functions such as External Reporting, Control and Treasury
• Responsible for ongoing initiatives and projects

To be eligible for the role, you must:

• Experience as CFO in an international environment
• Experience in a large group
• Worked abroad for at least 5 years
• Broad financial knowledge and experience in group control (commercial and industrial), management reporting and internal control
• Good skills and experience in Risk&Compliance with a focus on SOX
• Strong leadership to provide purpose, direction and secure collaboration.
• Be operational and hands-on

In order to carry out the assignment in the best possible way, you need to be on site at the office in Gothenburg 4 days/week

About the process:

The mission is expected to last until December 2024, starting immediately.
