Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategies and objectives.
• Koncernens transfer pricing dokumentation.
• Create and be responsible for budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Årsredovisning, koncern, holding och fastighetsbolag.
• Analyze the company's financial results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Leda ekonomiavdelningen med personalansvar över 2 medarbetare.
• Cost and efficiency analysis.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations/laws.
• Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities/business development opportunities.
• Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting.
• Responsible for the company's tax planning.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders. Manage relationships with insurance companies and suppliers.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Minst kandidatexamen inom ekonomi, finans eller motsvarande.
• Many years of experience working as a CFO/Finance Manager.
• Erfarenhet av transfer pricing.
• Kunskap om finansiell planering, rapportering, skatt och riskhantering.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A humble and driven personality.

About the process:

Uppstart av uppdraget är omgående. Uppdraget förväntas pågå i ca 10 månader. Omfattningen är heltid och placering i Stockholmsområdet. Presentation av kandidater sker den 20 oktober och intervjuer med kundföretaget genomförs den 23 oktober.
