She has often led improvement projects to coordinate recruitment processes and enhance quality, security, and experience. These change projects, combined with her extensive experience, led Gisela to recently decide to start working as an interim consultant. She has just completed her first assignment as interim Global Talent Acquisition Manager at a growing software company.
