Interim Search har fått in ett akut uppdrag att tillsätta en Interim Lönespecialist till ett tillverkande bolag med 170 anställda. Bolaget har verksamhet i på flera orter och uppdraget går att utföras helt remote.
Main duties:
- Utföra kontroller för att säkerställa att den outsourcade lönehanteraren gör rätt
- Vägleda och instruera kundens interna löneavdelning i svensk lönehantering och kollektivavtal
- Föra dialog med löneleverantören
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior lönespecialist
- Erf av kollektivavtal för tjänstemän och arbetare
- Spoken and written English
- Self-propelled
- Ability to collaborate
- Systemkunskap Hogia (meriterande)
About the process:
