We are urgently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a rapidly growing technology/industrial company based in Hofors (Gästrikland). The company has a turnover of SEK 1.3 billion and approximately 900 employees. Your role will be to lead, allocate, and quality assure the accounting function directly and indirectly for all companies within the group.
Main duties:
- Lead, distribute, and quality assure the work for the accounting function, both directly and indirectly for all companies in the group.
- Responsible for the Group's joint supplier invoice processing function.
- Personnel responsibility for your group and responsibility for legal accounting and the company's annual report.
- Manage overall contacts with authorities, auditors, insurance companies, and tax advisors. You will also have overall responsibility for ongoing reporting of taxes and fees.
- Responsible for processes for reporting internal transactions and other group reconciliations.
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement effective and standardized accounting processes.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You can create clear work structures and routines that help you and your team manage tasks in a systematic and structured way.

- You have sharp analytical skills that enable you to analyze and interpret accounting data accurately.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You have good leadership skills and can create a positive working environment and encourage cooperation.
- You are open to innovation and can lead and support change initiatives within the accounting function to improve efficiency and results.
- Your academic background and solid experience give you a broad understanding of finance and accounting.
- You can handle complex accounting principles and apply them in practice.
- With your excellent knowledge of Excel and various accounting systems, you are well equipped to handle and analyze large amounts of data. You also have a deep understanding of accounting standards and regulations, which enables you to ensure that the company follows the correct guidelines and that internal controls are effective.
