Interim Head of Finance

Responsibilities and main tasks:

• Lead the Group’s and group companies’ accounting
• Closing and financial reporting including quarterly- and annual reports
• Responsibility for tax, treasury and financial control ensuring complete, accurate and timely accounts
• Responsibility and full compliance with IAS/IFRS and local (primarily SWE and US) GAAP
• Lead the team
• Reports to CFO

Who we are looking for:

• CPA or equivalent with strong and in-depth IAS/IFRS knowledge
• Several years of respective senior role(s) in a publicly listed company as Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance
• Experienced in working with and managing auditors
• Good understanding of relevant tax issues (corporate and VAT) and SOX
• Ability to familiarize and work independently while cooperating with the finance team and CFO
• Proven successful leader

The process:

The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible or no later than the beginning of September and will go on for at least 6 months and 100 %.
