Our client for this assignment is a company within a global healthcare group.
The company is seeking an interim M&A consultant for a specific transaction. The company is based in Skåne, with the possibility of remote working.
Main duties:
- The company's project manager for the transaction
- Work with financial models
- Work closely together and act as the link between the company and external advisors.
- Implementation of Due Diligence
To be eligible for the role, you must:
- At least 5 years of previous experience in business analysis and 3-5 years of experience in M&A.
- Worked independently with hands-on financial due diligence and comprehensive knowledge of the entire M&A process and company valuation.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in Swedish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in economics and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for six months, starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client on August 11, 2023, and interviews with the client will take place during week 33.
