Interim Senior Business Controller

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Controller for our commercial operations. This is a key position in the company, supporting over 90 regional managers who are responsible for a turnover of more than SEK 4 billion. If desired, there is the possibility of permanent employment after the assignment has ended. This is a business-oriented role that reports to the CFO and works closely with the CEO.

Main duties:

• Support and advise over 90 regional managers.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Financial statements, follow-up, and internal reporting.
• Ongoing cost monitoring of results as financial control in the form of financial reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze and manage large amounts of data.
• Project management.
• Work while a junior Business Controller handles the operational side.

To stay up to date:

• You have a degree in economics or equivalent.
• You have solid experience as a controller in transaction-rich environments.
• You have experience building financial models and reports in Excel.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Qlikview is an advantage.
• You are highly motivated and have strong integrity, good organizational skills, and the ability to plan and organize.
• Experience in retail is an advantage.

About the process: 

The assignment is expected to start no later than September 1 and last for six months, after which there is a good chance of employment with the client company if everything feels right for both parties.
