Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a group company with around 20 companies, a total turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion, and operations in an international market.
Main responsibilities:;
- Overall responsibility for the company's finances, controlling, accounting, consolidation, cash flows, currency management, follow-up, and analysis to support and drive the business forward.
- Close collaboration with the CEO, board of directors, and owners
- Personnel responsibility for a team of 12 people
To be eligible for the role;
- Several years of experience as a CFO, preferably from an expansive growth environment, scale-up, or similar with a fast pace and changing everyday life
- Experience from companies with international operations
- Genuine business interest and willingness to contribute to daily operations, as well as a strong ability to be proactive and take ownership
- High level of understanding and ability to act on what is essential and a priority
- Master of Science in Economics
About the process
The assignment is full-time, starting on September 1, and is expected to last for nine months.
