Olivia started out as an accounting clerk at a small firm in Alingsås. She worked with several clients and enjoyed the variety and the different challenges she faced. Together with a friend, she started her own accounting firm and built up a large network of clients in the Gothenburg area. Most of her clients were in the construction sector. Through a repeat client, she was recommended to join the organization as an interim consultant, and since then she has completed four accounting assignments. Three of these have been in the industrial sector, where Olivia has worked hands-on with accounting for small and medium-sized companies. From her two most recent roles, Olivia has gained experience in reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
