Norea Larsson works as a Senior Researcher at Interim Search AB, where she is responsible for candidate and market research related to specific interim assignments. Her role includes identifying and attracting relevant candidates, preparing materials for candidate presentations, and ensuring quality and structure in the CRM system and administrative processes. Norea is also responsible for onboarding new employees and contributes strategically to Interim Search’s employer branding by strengthening and developing the company’s employer brand and corporate culture. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stockholm University.
