Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Development Manager in IT for a company in passenger transport located in Stockholm. In the role of Interim Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating structure, order and effective management. You are part of and actively contribute to moving the work of the IT management team successfully.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for delivery, results and personnel for a department of about 20 employees.
- Leading a team of technology resources and contributing to structure, order and priorities.
- Actively contributing to the successful management of the business area and group IT.
- Lead and ensure that the strategy and action plan are in line with the Group's focus.
- Responsible for developing and monitoring the unit's delivery in terms of quality, efficiency, and lead times.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience as a Development Manager in a large organization and also experience with broader responsibilities as an overall IT manager.
- Experience in leading agile teams in systems development.
- Experience working as a development manager in organization with a wide range of IT.
- Experience of strategic work within an IT management team.
- Experience in driving change in processes, methods and mindset.
- Experienced in stakeholder management towards decision-making stakeholders.
- Experience with large and mixed IT landscapes.
- Experience in international organizations is an advantage.
