Hannes holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics and business administration and, since completing his studies, has held positions as a project manager, supply chain manager, and supply chain planner. With his extensive resume, he has extensive experience driving improvement initiatives in medium-sized and large companies, primarily in the manufacturing, industrial, and retail sectors. Despite his relatively young age, he has already led major change projects, such as streamlining workflows, renegotiating complex supplier contracts, and resolving integration issues. He also has experience in system development, such as setting up IT tools to improve delivery procedures and using business systems to enhance analytical work. He recently completed an interim assignment at a manufacturing company where he implemented improvements to integrate third-party logistics and adapt IT systems to the new processes.
Hannes has extensive experience with change management projects and has worked in industries characterized by a rapid pace of change, such as the food and construction sectors. He has a strong understanding of systems, which is a major asset when driving improvements in the supply chain.
