Neil is an experienced consultant and leader with over 20 years of experience in M&A projects and business development. His expertise ranges from financial and operational analysis of due diligence processes to negotiation, integration, and improvement work following acquisitions or carve-outs. Neil has often run parallel projects where he has measured and analyzed potential outcomes and results of M&A projects, while communicating with stakeholders, steering groups, and organizations. Over the years, Neil has been hired by Interim Search for two different assignments; one at a transport company where he integrated two companies into a group where there were also cultural differences. Neil identified opportunities within the group, simplified the integration, and led the PMO from a financial perspective. The second assignment was at an industrial company where Neil analyzed the possibility of improving the supply chain after an acquisition.
