Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Controller for a fast-growing e-commerce company with a target of billion-dollar turnover this year. The company operates internationally with a number of foreign offices. In Sweden, the company has 92 employees.
In the role of Business Controller, you are expected to support the organization in a strong expansion journey. The role reports to the Head of Business Control.
Main duties:
- Support heads of department in cost monitoring and planning, including staff cost monitoring.
- Preparation of KPI reporting.
- Development of monitoring templates.
- Independently run budget process based on guidelines.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with accounting related tasks.
- Running projects on uniform reporting.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a few years of experience as a Business Controller.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with budget systems.
About the process:
We will present candidates on July 6th and interviews will take place at the client company on July 9th. Apply as soon as possible and by July 5th. The assignment is expected to last 6 months starting September 1 or September 15 at the latest.
