Interim Accounting Manager
Interim search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Accounting Economist to a Real Estate Company in Uppsala.
The assignment is full-time, but even a working time of between 75-100% could work well here.
Main tasks include:
- Work on rental systems
- Notifications
- Customer invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Accounting for revenue
- Accounting for costs
- Accounting for projects
- Accounts payable
- Payments
- Participation in the preparation of monthly accounts
- Occasionally support/stand in for customer service
Who we are looking for:
You have very good knowledge and extensive experience in accounting. Experience in real estate companies, in particular working with rental systems, is an advantage. Two accountants share the workload. The finance department also includes a financial manager and a customer service officer.
