Throughout her career, she has been a leading voice in operational and strategic initiatives, with the ambition of developing processes and achieving compliance within HR. In this role, she has worked with everything from GDPR to work environment and labor law issues, both nationally and internationally. Many of the HR projects are extensive and have involved expanding organizations, downsizing production units and offices, implementing HR systems, developing salary structures and career paths, supporting M&A projects, streamlining onboarding, and designing training programs. With this extensive experience comes industry knowledge that Anette has gathered in areas such as tech, manufacturing, white goods, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
