Interim Business Controller

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Controller to Evry in Solna. Evry's approximately 13,000 employees deliver IT services daily from nearly 50 cities in the Nordic region to approximately 14,000 customers in both the public sector and the private sector.

In Sweden, they have 3,500 customers, more than 2,000 employees, 24 offices and approximately SEK 3.3 billion in turnover.

Who we are looking for:

• Business-driven business controller.
• Focuses on building strong relationships between different departments and teams within the organization, as well as with customers outside and within the organization to ensure loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• You are driven, structured and clear in your communication.
• Experience of having worked in a matrix organization.
• Good experience with ERP systems.
• Must be fluent in English as it is the corporate language.

Main duties:

• Be responsible for your own unit as business controller.
• Develop and report on key business-related figures and KPIs in specific business/market units.
• Development and improvement of financial processes and procedures, together with the other corporate control teams and relevant operational management.
• Ensure that line managers have the necessary understanding and insight into financial and business issues in their area.
• Contribute to active and forward-looking risk management.
• Preparing the basics for business reviews, management meetings, negotiations, etc.
• Be a business advisor and sparring partner for business leaders.
• Contribute to creating profit plans and improvement initiatives, including customer and product profitability.
• Prepare business documentation for current and new business initiatives.
• Monitor the profitability of large projects, contracts and deliveries for existing and new accounts.
• Contribute to creating good cooperation with other financial functions within EVRY on all employment services.
• Implementing gap-closing.
• Monthly accounts.

About the process:
