Interim Accounts Receivable Accountant (Job ID-2990)

Main duties:

- Service invoicing according to contract
- Expense invoicing based on orders in our system
- Reporting of customer payments
- Administration in external billing portals
- Accrual of revenue
- Reconciliation and documentation at year-end; both monthly and yearly for both our
Swedish and foreign companies
- Continuous development and streamlining of our procedures and processes. You are expected to
together with your team, drive and/or take the lead in various improvement projects
- Support to other departments on AR-related issues in order to create value for
the company and thus also as satisfied customers as possible
- Responding to incoming cases via email and Teams and other occurring
duties in an AR department.

To be eligible for the role:

- University or KY education in economics
- Previous experience of working on the above tasks
- Experience of business systems, preferably NAV, is highly advantageous.
- Good system knowledge, especially in Excel, and a general interest in systems
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
- Experience/interest in project management work is an advantage
