Interim Plant Manager

Main duties

• Responsibility for managing the Swedish factory
• Member of the management team, with 6 directly reporting managers
• Close cooperation with Swedish organizations as well as global operations
• Budget and performance responsibility
• Work Environment and Quality Responsibility
• Process owner for production

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Many years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry
• Experience working in an international environment
• Broad economic understanding and gravitas
• Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Extensive leadership and management experience and excellent leadership skills

About the process:

The assignment will start in January and is expected to last for at least two years.
