Interim Head of Unit
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Unit Manager for a company in the transportation industry, located in Dalarna.
Main duties:
- Personnel responsibility for about 80 employees with a focus on development, performance targets, work environment management and more
- In the role of Unit Manager, anchor the organization's values, strategies and goals
- Work on health and safety issues such as performance appraisals and rehabilitation
- Training of employees
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Unit Manager or similar role, preferably in a service company
- Experience in human resources management and at least 3 years of management experience
- Relevant academic education
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Driven to achieve goals and results
- Easy to motivate and engage employees
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for about 8 months starting no later than November 1. Good opportunities for extension provided that both parties enjoy each other.
