Her roles have included both customer responsibility and extensive contact with consultants. She was recruited to the telecom industry herself, eventually rising to the role of HR manager. Her career path has remained business-oriented, and she has been responsible for business development in an HR function at a well-established telecom company, among other things. Her most recent position was as HR manager at an international manufacturing company. Lovisa's positive attitude and results-oriented approach led her to try out the interim role, and she has since had an assignment where we have been suppliers.
