Nathalie worked in recruitment for over five years before moving into broader HR roles. She has been HR Business Partner and HR Manager in tech companies and in health and pharmaceuticals. She often has supportive, business-related roles where she has been involved in coaching managers and working operationally with competence development and change implementation. Some roles have had more emphasis on the strategic, with proximity to the management team and focus on digitalization, HR processes and corporate culture. Nathalie is relatively new in her interim role and has had a couple of assignments as interim HR Business Partner. Among the most recent was in a manufacturing company for a year.
