Fredrik is an experienced treasury and cash flow consultant with a solid background in treasury and finance. He started his career as a Controller in a production environment and then focused on the treasury area where he worked in finance, fmcg and biotech. He started his own consulting company a few years ago and has mainly worked in investigation and change assignments, with the aim of building new processes in cash flow. In one of the most recent assignments Fredrik had, he was hired through Interim Search as interim Cash Manager for a European billion-dollar group. He was responsible for creating a new reporting structure for liquidity budget and liquidity forecast and drove through changes to streamline the group's cash flow.
