Interim Production Manager
Interim Search’s client is one of Sweden’s leading manufacturers of equipment and attachments for excavators and backhoe loaders. The company has annual revenue of approximately 200 MSEK and employs about 80 people. You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO.
The client’s products are built to last and withstand heavy use. The company focuses on product development and design, all to meet the market’s needs for high performance, safety, and product longevity.
The role of Interim Production Manager includes:
- The position is a highly hands-on role.
- The focus is on developing and modernizing production.
- You are responsible for streamlining processes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing and supervising staff.
- Focus on capacity and occupancy.
- You actively contribute to the company's strategic development.
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in:
- It's important that you be able to lead others and understand what it takes to bring about change.
- Experience leading change initiatives using Lean or another methodology.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in welding and machining.
- Understand which factors drive productivity and how to influence it.
- We're looking for someone with experience in business systems, preferably Monitor.
About the Process:
We are currently presenting candidates to the client company and conducting interviews. The assignment will last at least 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
